Keeping Your Inbox Clean: Quarantine, Blocklists, and Trusted Senders

Not every inbound email should become a ticket. Messages that look like spam are held in Quarantine instead of automatically creating a ticket, so an agent can review and either release them into the queue or discard them.

To reduce how often this happens, you can maintain a list of blocked senders whose messages should never be allowed through, and a list of trusted senders whose messages should always be allowed regardless of spam scoring.
