Outdoor recreational splash pads (or spray pads) provide a refreshing way to cool off during the warmer months, typically opening by Victoria Day holiday weekend in May and remaining operational through the Thanksgiving weekend in October, weather permitting. These exciting water play areas feature push-button activated jets and sprays for endless fun. As temperatures drop, the splash pads will close for the winter and reopen in the spring for another season of enjoyment.Splash Pad Guidelines Splash pad hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Splash pads are available free of charge. Children should be directly supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. Children should be properly attired to prevent fouling of the splash pad. No glass containers, food or beverage allowed in the immediate vicinity of the splash pad.
